Pick up service will be available from any of the hotel in Dubai or selected area in Dubai as mutually agreed, pick up service also available from other emirates with additional cost as per the location. Pick up can be done in 30-60 minutes from your booking is confirmed and also you will get the notification once our representative reaches at your place.(Requesting you to be on time)

  • Transfer will be in an air conditioned well maintained car.
  • Buggy ride time will be approximately 1 hour.
  • Our guide will lead you desert path during the ride.
  • The buggy ride in the desert will give you an exciting moment.

Tour Itinerary

  • Our safari guide will be reaching at your destination on time for the pick up.
  • Our guide will lead you the desert path during the ride
  • You must follow the leading buggy always.
  • Always must keep a safe distance from other buggies.
  • Do not over take other buggies unless its stuck.
  • You will have a 10 minutes break time during the ride.
  • Also there is a back up car for the assistance at the desert.

 

Important notice for Desert Safari:

  • Please wear sport shoes for the buggy ride
  • Check the weather and wear appropriate clothes (summer and winter)
  • By UAE law pregnant women, people with heart decease neck and back problems, infant (under 3years)are not allowed for buggy ride
  • Recommended not to eat 2 hours before the touring starts
  • Travego will not take any responsibilities for the lost /damage of any belongings during the trip.

Conditions:

  • Travego is not responsible damage, loss ,injury, sickness, accidents or death that you or anyone else may suffer or incur arising out of the activities on your personal choice.
  • We are advised to have a comprehensive health insurance.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation can be made in 12 hours prior to the touring and amount will be refund into your account in 7 business days.
  • If you are cancelling the tour in 12 hours there is no refund and company will charge the whole amount.
  • if you are not attending the tour on time as mutually agreed unless medical emergency will consider as no show and will be charged the full amount.
Price Includes
Exciting buggy desert ride for an hour.
Drinking water will be provided during the touring.
Exclusive car will be provided for the private booking.
Drop off to your location.
Price Excludes
Another drop off destination is not possible if not mutually agreed.
Fooding is not allowed in the vehicle as per the rules.
